December 7,1945

Dear Mr. Miller:

I wish to call to your attention that the matter of the missing tie-back which by your own admission was lost while the curtains to Mr. Germain Seligman´s apartment were being cleaned by you has now, in spite of innumerable conversations with you, been pending since the beginning of September.

You will concur with me that this long delay would try the patience of a saint and to my great regret should this matter not be settled by December 11 next, you will compel me to turn the whole matter over to his insurance company which, of course, will seek redress from you.

Very truly yours,

(O. A. Liechti)
