Pursuant to your letter of October 19, 1945, please be advised that Mr. Germain Seligman has made arrangements with the Fifth Avenue Bank of New York to remit to you the sum of escudos, 28.55 (twenty-eight and 55/100 escudos), being in full payment of the balance due for shipping expenses of food parcels to
France in August 1941.
