Dear Mr. Seligman:

I just received your letter, and called the hotel where Mr. Bloch was staying here, for his address in Europe. His addres is:

61 Sweelinck Str.
The Hague
Holland.

I have written directly to him the letter below:

"""Mr. G.S., whose address in Europe is care of Seligmann et Cie., 23 Place VeNdÔme, Paris, has requested me to write to you, telling you that he would be much obliged were you to communicate with him, as he was very interested in some of the photographs you showed him in New York. paragraph. I think I should let you know that Mr. G.S. will be back in Paris - he is travelling at present - on August 12th., and will be returning to the States in the first days of September. paragraph. Trusting that you will be able to meet Mr. S., Yours very truly,"""""

I asked Jack about the two Degas catalogues, and he told me that we have the '37 one, but that the one missing is '32 instead of '33.

I did not order photostats of the "Talleyrand" and "Montpensier" engravings when I was at the Frick, because I was not absolutely sure whether they were what you wanted to have, but when I received your letter today I did.

With best regards to Mrs. Seligman and you,

Sincerely yours,

Mr. Germain Seligman
c/o Seligmann et Cie.
