Mr. Germain Seligman - 2.
July 14, 1947

[[underlined]] Chanin [[/underlined]] - As soon as I had your letter, I called Chanin, who told me that by now he had the right to tell me that his inquiry was in reference to the Bonnard show which would take place at the Museum of Modern Art perhaps during the month of December. He was extremely thankful for the list of paintings that I handed over to him. He told me that besides the paintings in America, they were investigating Europe. If I am not mistaken, it is one of the purposes of Rewald's trip.

It is extremely ware and damp here. I hope you are having a good time and a good rest.
