Dear Peck:

In the agitation of the last few days, I forgot to ask you the following and would like you to post me about it.

As you will recall, there were at Constantine several paintings which, according to me, were my personal property, having been purchased by me either from the firm or from outside sources. Please let me know whether I am right in this assumption. I refer to

"Portrait of Cardinal Fleury" by Rigaud
"Portrait of a Woman with a Mantilla" by Buchner (ex-Wallace Collection)
"Portrait of a Woman in Riding Habit", representing Lola Montez by Laure (ex-Wallace Collection)
"Tableau romantique" representing two sisters by Waldmuller (I purchases this painting in Vienna)

Now may I also remind you that though you gave me copies of some of the statements Mr. Fulda showed me, there are two documents which you did not give me

1. My account in the company in liquidation with the debits and credits
2. A copy of the list of items taken by the Germans and still missing. In other words, which have not been returned.

If Mr. Fulda doesn't need his copy, I could make use of it and keep his.

La Randhaye may communicate with you in regard to a shipment of three paintings from the Feneon Collection. Should you need any information, write to me about it.

Thanking you in advance for your kind reply, I am

Sincerely yours,,
