October 15, 1948

My dear Mr. Barlow:

Referring to your letter of October 13,1948, please be informed that I never instructed Mr. Liechti of my office to discuss the various insurance plans which you mentioned and that if he did so, it was on his own initiative.

However, should I at some future date contemplate some of the arrangements you indicate, I should be glad to avail myself of your services.

Yours very truly,

(Germain Seligman)
