SELIGMANN-PARIS: I am appending herein copy of their letter dated July 3, 1948 which at the same time returned to us the Fifth Avenue Bank's draft on Paris in the sum of $100.-. If you want to, I can buy an additional draft for the difference (30,000.- French francs, calculated at the official rate of exchange of 240.- French francs per dollar, less draft on hand for $100.-.).
