New York, N. Y.

Dear Mr. Seligman:

This letter will confirm my conversation with Mr. Liechti, in your office, of Friday morning.

If you find you have to cancel any portion of your air tickets you will, of course, be entitled to a refund in full for the unused portion as long as the cancellation is received by the line within 72 hours of departure. After this time there may be a penalty depending on whether the space is re- sold. If you should be able to secure return space by steamer while you are in Europe, the return air tickets can be signed over by Air France to the steamship line. However, if you should cancel and want a refund of these tickets while in Paris they will not refund them in United States dollars but in French Francs. Of course, if you return the tickets to us at any time you can get a refund in dollars.

Sincerely yours

Huntly Allison
