Paris, June 9, 1949 Dear Miss Bazner, I thank you of both your letters of June 2nd and June 6th. Miss Devigne: Please keep that copy of her article, so that I may take it along when I leave for my rest. Mrs. Bachrach: I was very glad to read the review in the "Art Digest". She should feel very pleased as I think it is very flattering and which she, by all means, deserves. Bulitzer: your letter is fine. If I get to it, I will send him a few lines, but I have hardly time to do some of the things which I feel I must attend to while I am here. Lists of paintings: I am very pleased with the explanation you give me, as it all sounds very rational. Clippings: the Castagno ones I also want to take along with me and while I am on this topic I should say also that I am surprised not to receive those refering to the discovery of the faked Van Gogh in the Goetz collection. I understand that the English papers were full of it and that, in turn, the American ones reprinted all the news. With best wishes, Sincerely, [[?]][[signature]] [[Hesi Time]][[hand written]]
