Dear Mr. Seligman:

ROGER BERNHEIM - Enclosed please find copy of his letter dated May 18th which arrived this morning and which is self-explanatory. I did not acknowledge receipt, pending instructions from you. At all events I would have to be informed about the following:

Is the shipment to go forward all expenses collect (Packing, carting, freight)?

Who will take care of the insurance?

What prices are to be indicated for purpose of the Consular Invoice and Bill of Lading?

TWO PAIRS OF BRONZE CANDLESTICKS - Called for them at Stora's at Mr. Georges' request.

PERSONAL LLOYDS FLOATER - Received today their two cover notes calling for a premium of $424.97 for which you gave me your personal check prior to you departure and which I mailed, as usual, to the National City Bank of New York for account of underwriters.

Mr. Germain Seligman
