Dear Mr. Seligman:

MOSES AND SINGER: Advise us that they have informed Mrs. Sachs' underwriters of the removal of the Titian to the Manhattan Storage and Warehouse Co.

PHILIPPE DE CHAMPAIGNE: Was delivered to our galleries today in good condition. It sure is an imposing painting. As the case containing this picture was too large to be brought to our premises I had it delivered to Browns who unpacked it and delivered it to us (on top of the elevator)

ADDITIONAL FUNDS: Enclosed please find a list indicating payments for which no provision had been made and for which I asked Mr. Robbins to make the usual transfer.

As per your instructions we are closing the galleries officially today. However I'll come in for another week regularly - as I plan to take delivery of the frames ex. S.S. America which finally & after some difficulties have cleared - further I am still hoping that by some lucky stroke we will receive the Houdon!! I really wonder what is at the bottom of this delay - sabotage?

With best wishes to you & Mrs. Seligman
Very sincerely yours
O. A. Liechti
