Dear Mr. Liechti:

Mr. Seligman has asked me to write you that a private collector is going to send to New York after August first, a whole collection for Exhibition. As Mr. Seligman for reasons, does not wish to have anything to do with it at present, he requests that you ask Bemo Shipping Company whether it can be sent in the owner's name or (alternately) in my name care of Bemo Shipping Company. With the shipment will be the necessary affidavit of ownership signed by the owner before the notarial bureau at the American Embassy here.

Will you be good enough, after consulting them, to cable me here at the Bristol (Bristonore-Paris) so that I can instruct the shipper, Mr. Lefebvre-Foinet, so that there may later be no difficulties on the New York end.

With kindest regards and thanks,

Sincerely yours,
