Dear Mr. Seligman:

1. The only new thing of importance is that Mr. Bourgeois came in this morning. It seems this is not the Saturday his client is leaving, but next. He is following the matter up. The painting is hanging in the home, and he will be in again on Monday.

2. Other than that, the Lebruns arrived this morning, going directly to the Ballet Theatre, so I have only spoken to them on the phone.

3. The young Mr. Brown who was director at the Farnsworth Museum in Maine, is the new director of the Corning Glass Center, Corning, New York.

4. I have a very good prospect for a Pickhardt drawing.

5. Mr. Schenck asks that the Lebrun for his show be sent air express at the close of ours, so "we can have our cake and eat it too."

6. Miss Bazner assures me that the enclosed original letter is from Réné Huygue. There was no name or address on the envelope, nor can I decipher the major part of the letter. Thus, instead of sending you a copy, we are obliged to send you the original.

7. There will be a dinner and reception on May 2nd for "distinguished guests" in Dayton, in honor of the big show. Would I have your authorization to attend if I find feasible as regards events here? I have, and will again explain your absence.

Best –
