Dear Porjes:

As I assume that these lines will reach you after Mrs. Parker's departure and not knowing how the work is being distributed among our young ladies, I am writing to you, requesting you to assign whatever is to be done to the respective parties.

Upon receipt of these lines, will you have a complete photograph (our regular one) of our painting attributed to Artemesia Gentilleschi, (of which the detail of the head was sent to me a few days ago), sent to Mr. Robert Lebel, 14 avenue President Wilson, Paris 16e. Send with it only a small typewritten note saying "sent to Mr. Robert Lebel at the request of Mr. Germain Seligman". On the back of the photograph do not have anything typewritten except the dimensions, no name of firm or anything else.

I am sending you herein a letter addressed by Mr. John J. Cunningham to Chenue, Packer, London. You will notice thereby that the two manuscripts which we insured are being returned to their owner. I assume that ere long you will receive from Chenue their charges for such shipment, at which time you will be able to cancel the insurance. Should this be necessary, when you willsend the firm's check to Chenue, you could ask them to confirm to you that the manuscripts have beenduly shipped and a receipt received from Colonel Stirling.

I called on Maitre Rheims this morning and he promised me that an accounting and a check would be forthcoming ere long. If by July 12th you have not yet received such news, please write directly to Maitre Rheims and tell him that "our client, Mr. Parker, is indeed surprised at the delays, as Mr. G. S. wrote on June 28th that account and check were forthcoming".

Greetings -
G.S
