July 13, 1954

Dear Mr. Seligman:

I received your letter of July 8,54 from Zurich and took note of its contents,So far Mrs. B. Foy did not call.

I hope that on your arrival in St.Moritz you found my letter of July 9 and the two Ms. catalogues airmailed to you on July 8th. As I did not receive your answer to my letter of July 2, I assume same arrived in Paris after your departure and has been forwarded to St. Moritz.

I am enclosing a few copies, letters received from Mons. Rottier, my answer, Maitre Rheims etc. Concerning the latter there will be of course deductions as usual from the proceeds.

I paid today your private telephone bill, I thought it will take to much time-sending same to Switzerland.($ 7.24)

Mr. Valentin returned my letter with his remarks:"Check received with thanks. C.V. July 3, 1954"

With Mrs. Parker we are telephoning almost every day. Everythings seems to be all right in Hawley.

The two paintings bought in Germany arrived and are being examined at Public Store. I shall post you.

With best regards,

Yours very sincerely
