July 29, 1955 Dear Mr. Seligman: Several last-minute bits of news.... Mr. Walter Pach telephoned this morning to say that he had just received the February Gazette des Beaux-Arts, in which appears the article about the Comtesse de la Rue. He wished to communicate directly to you about it, so I gave him your address. Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Bungener from Paris, on their way home, came in to see you; they would like to see you in the fall in Paris, so I have made a note in the Paris file. Mr. Young of Columbus wishes to have the Lawerence drawing for his exhibition, October 7 to November 13. A copy of his letter is going to Mrs.Parker. Today at least we have a cool day on which to close. Until September, best regards-- Sincerely, Sally Winter
