Dear Mr. Seligman:

I hope you arrived safely and that you have a warmer weather there.

Yesterday I shipped Ms. 68 per First-class registered Airmail to Maggs Bros. Unfortuanetly the other Ms. to be shipped is xx over 6 lbs. and the limit for registered mail is 4lbs. 6 oz. Therefore we shipped Ms. 76 today by Air parcel post insured. They told me in three days it will arrive. So the delay is only a day or two. I wrote to McKay re. insurance accordingly.

I am enclosing copy of letter sent to Maggs. Bros. which is self-explanatory. Mrs. Parker received the check of Frs. 400.000. from Strolin, Paris, which I immediately sent to The Bank of New York for cancellation.

I am still tight up with Mr. Levitt, who will finish his audit today.

I mailed to Mr. J. J. C. the list of expenses re. engravings, but did not receive the signed copy yet.

Wisihing you and Mrs, Seligman a good rest

Very sincerely, yours

NS I phoned Mr. Ternbach and he gave me two addresses of restorers. One used to work with him at Kaiser Wilhelm Museum Berlin.
