Attention of Mr. Manson

My dear Mr. Manson:

I am very sorry not to have reached you by telephone.

I called to say that we would be very much interested to receive permission from the Landlord for a display box at the right of the building entrance, where Pach Bros. (the photographers who moved recently) exhibited photographs.

We would use it to display photographs or beautiful reproductions of some of our outstanding works of art, or announcements of our current activities.

Needless to say, any use of such a display box would be with the dignity which is a tradition of this firm. For instance, we might recently have shown a reproduction of the Vermeer sold during the summer and at present on exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Hoping that you will give this your consideration and recommend favorably to the Landlord, we thank you in advance and remain,

Yours very truly,

JACQUES SELIGMANN & CO., INC.
