Dear Mr. Seligman:

I am enclosing herein copies of the following letters:

From MacKay Morant of July 22
To MacKay Morant of July 25 (in answer)
From Gondrand Bros of July 22 
To McKay of July 25 as regards closing
From Maggs Bros. of July 22 as regards Ms. 82

all of which are self-explanatory.

I am also enclosing original letter from Frank Gair Macomber as regards binder(automobile ins.) of July 19, 1957. The policy will be send to you to California.

I just talked to Brown's Warehouse: Mr. Gutman asked them to call for the frame already on Monday.

As for the time being we did not have to remove the Braques from the Warehouse the Gericault returned from St. Louis is at the gallery at present.

I hope I thought of everything as regrads closing and we kept you up to date. As I told you in my last letter I plan to leave August 1st should there be anything on your mind, please let me know 282 Cabrini Blvd. New York 40.

I am now closing the gallery officially and will be in contact with Mrs. Parker as my further whereabouts.

I hope you had already some rest and wish you and Mrs. Seligman a very pleasant summer.
