July 22, 1957

Dear Miss Kaplan:

Thank you for your report of July 15th, as well as the special delivery one containing Mr. Kofler's letter. Herewith you will find, besides the copy destined to Mr. Porjes, another copy of my reply to Mr. Kofler which I would like you to send to Mr. Charles Ratton in Paris with these few lines:

"Dear Sir: As per Mr. Germain Seligman's request, I am enclosing herewith copy of his letter of July 22nd addressed to Mr. Ernest Kofler in Lucerne which you will no doubt find self-explanatory. Yours very sincere,"

By now I assume that my previous letters addressed to Mr. Farago, Dr. Drack and J.P. Morgan have been duly forwarded.

Yours very sincerely
