Dear Mr. Seligman:

The case containing the ptg. by Ph. de Champaigne is already at the pier awaiting to be loaded on the Queen Mary. As soon as I receive the Bill of Lading I will send them off together with our Consignment Invoice.

Holbein I took note that I might have to ship the little ptg. to Switzerland and I am awaiting your further instructions.

I called Mr. Robbins today inquiring whether Mr. Cunningham (to whom I mailed copy of Rottier's letter) has contacted him. To my surpise Mr. Robbins did not hear from him and therefore I am mailing today to Mr. Robbins copy of Rottier(s letter re. release etc. Mr. Robbins wants to call me then. I will post you.

I am enclosing copies of letters received from McKay Morant, Mons. Rottier and the Embassy Madrid. As regards the later I also received communication from the Spanish Co. announcing their liquidation. It is a very long letter and have not yet translated. I am waiting for the report of the Embassy which will probably cover everything.-

From Christie Manson I received report of sale 24thMay: Lots 43 sold for L 157-10-
" 44 not sold (500 gns)
45 " " (65 " ) a detailed statement to follow. Unfortunately we send you the catalogue and I do not know what was sold and what not, but we asked for another catalogue.

For Mrs. Seligman I enclose a bill to be paid. (Hession and Kather Inc.)

With best regards,

Very sincerely
