May 28, 1957 Dear Mr. Seligman: I am enclosing herein copy of Mr. Young's letter received today as well as copy of the proposed endorsement. I am also enclosing copy of the paragraph attached to the present policy to enable you to understand the change. I think we could be satisfied with this endorsement although in my opinion shipments by Air between the US and Canada would not be covered and would need a special insurance. We don't have too many shipments to Canada anyway. One the other hand I don't understand the wording of the last line in the endorsment. May-be I see a trap in anything[[strikethrough]]but [[/strikethrough]]already but why has the last line to be included:" also excluding[[underscore]] other transits [[/underscore]]incidental to such sendings"? What other transits?- Should you want me to answer Mr. Young's letter please advise and also let me have your view.-- Mr Courtais finished the Moreau ptg. which was delivered yesterday. I think he did a good job. Mr. Levitt the accountantinformed me that he has postponed the Fed. audit to June 12 (instead June 4) which is all right with me.- By the way, from the city auditor I did not hear anymore. I expected him this week but he wanted to call before.- With best regards, Very sincerely [[?]]
