We thank you for your letter dated 1st June, 1964 giving us declarations with a value of U.S.$18,248.50 plus a Venetian enamel plate with details and value to follow, and would advise you that these have been declared to Underwriters.

We now await your further advices concerning the value of the enamel plate and would confirm that we have at the same time received advice from Mr. G. Seligman from Paris of the painting by Charles Lebrun, valued at $15,000.
