Please circle the subscription rates for the "Catalogues only" or "Catalogues and Price Lists" you wish to received and return this form with your remittance.

ILLUSTRATED AND PLAIN CATALOGUES: Only one edition will be published for each sale, either illustrated or in plain, except in the case of Book Sales where both plain and illustrated catalogues will continue to be issued.

PRICE LISTS: Printed Lists of Prices and Buyers' Names are issued shortly after each sale. We regret that we are unable to supply Price Lists on subscription unless catalogues are also taken.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: No alteration has been made to present subscription rates this season, in spite of rising costs. In certain cases, however, delivery can be made quickly by bulk air freight via New York and where it is practical, we propose to do so.
