Re: 80-667

Referring to our telephone conversation of today, we hereby confirm that our Galleries will be closed from July 25th through Labor Day.

As I told you over the phone, during that period it might be necessary to open the protected room for a moment, in order to store an item, which is expected to arrive after July 24th. As agreed I will call you shortly before giving the signal.

In case of emergency during the above period, kindly communicate with our attorneys, Messrs, Melvin C. Robbins or David S. Galton, 21 East 40th Street, New York, NY 10016, Telephone MU-6-7171.

I myself will will be in town only part of this time and I should also be advised. My address: 282 Cabrini Blvd,, New York, NY 10040, Tel.: WA-7-9557.

Thanking you for your attention to the above,

Yours very truly
