Paris - June 18, 1970

Dear T. -

Your letter of June 15th, diary page 16, for which I thank you, has just been received. I am not only surprised, but rather worried that you have not heard from us and did not receive our letter of June 11th, a rather important one in which was included a letter to Father Lauk. Should it not have reached you by now, please cable me to London, Claridge's, where we shall arrive Satuday evening, the 20th. Another letter to you, with further data for Father Lauk, was mailed on the 16th.

Houston. I am all mixed up about the $3,000.00 check. I agree with you to let the matter rest until my return. However, you may receive a request from the museum to send them a check for the 10% agreed upon - if so, you should, of course, send them a check of $300.00.

Plexiglas. A note should be made that I stamp the Fragonard drawing when it is being returned in September.

Porjes. Herewith enclosed is a short note for him.

Gyde Shepherd. Also included are copies of my two letters to him which, I hope, you will find self-explanatory - one of the 16th and the other of today, the 18th. Mrs. Harris, of course, should remind me of calling Mr. Shepherd upon my return.

For Porjes. Letter of June 15th mentioning the Houston matter, for which you have the answer.

Best.

Germain
