10. Number of pupils (estimated) who would attend such schools? Probably not less than 30000 in the District
11. Amouunt which would probably be raised by the Freedmen, for Schools purposes in each destitute neighborhood? Comparatively nothing before crops are harvested.
12. What efforts are you making to secure the support of Schools by pupils, parents, boards of education or the State government? Advising the Builidng of School Houses. & maintainance of Schools where able.
13. Whole number of additional School-houses, for Freeman, now wanted in you Sub-District
14. Could you organize your Sub-Dist, into School Districts, each with a school Committee pledged to carry on Schools therein? not at present
15. To what extend would help from without be needed in such cases? 90 per cent
16. What is the public sentiment as to the education of the Freedmen and Poor Whites? unfavorable.
17. Are night Schools for Adults needed in your District? In which way could they be Carried on?  not during the summer
18. What more can this Bureau do for educating the children of Refugees (or Poor White). But few in the District
19. How long will Northern Charitable aid be needed for Freedmen and Refugee Schools of your District? until the State provides for them
