I would add the period for the section about furnishing. I would also add the apostrophe to Sears and the 0 to the row before. I would also add a period to 206 in the first row. There are also seven extra blank spaces. An additional apostrophe is missing on Smith's School. I would remove nine of the blanks. All of the rows have extra blanks.
