the actions of the imperialist countries in accelerating the arms race,

and threatening to develop more sophisticated weapons

of mass extermination such as the neutron bomb,
[00:24:54]

and increasing the support, for reactionary regimes in Africa,

the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Thus, hindering the process of relaxation and expectation

throughout the world.

In the period between our 7th Congress and today's meeting,

the WIDF and its national organizations

have intensified their work,

seeking to vocalize world public opinion,

the complete and general disarmament,

and the holding of a world disarmament conference.

We are proud of the contribution of our national organizations

But we must not rest until the US government agrees
