General: The enclosed transportation orders, no. 27. for transportation of Martha Frances, Freedgirl,, from Warrenton Va., to Booneville Mo., having been informed upon application of her mother, Mary Prim, are respectfully forwarded to the Asst. Commissioner, who will please cause the same to be sent to Martha Frances, through the proper officer of the Bureau at Warrenton Va. By order of Genl O. O.
