States, that on the 15th inst., he received information, dated at Washington, Jan. 11/68, that a Bounty of $200, each, had been allowed Andrew Jefferson, James Hasty and David Jackson, Co. F. 37th U.S.C. Tps., and that the Funds were in the hands of the Chf. D.O. of the Bureau for transmission to the men. States that the claimants need their money, particularly the last name, who is entirely destitute, having been sick for a long time
