General:
I am directed to enclose here with the discharge of George Phillips, late Sergeant Co: "B" 2nd U.S.C. Lt: Arty, whose claim for bounty, &c, is allowed, and the amount ($300.00) in the hands of the Chf. Dis. Officer of this Bureau for remittance to claimant.

The records of this Office show the Post-Office address of claimant to be "Care Lieutenant G. H. French, Asst. Supt. Bu, &c Accomac [[Accomack]] Co: Va.
