General:
In examining the accounts Bureau R. F. and A. L. of Captain George. Q. White D. O. State of Va. for the month of February 1868, it is noticed that under authority of the Ass't Comm'r for Va, the following Buildings are dropped from his Return viz: Three Barrack Buildings, expended as turned over to the American Missionary Association.  One Barrack Building used in constructing a School House, which School House is not taken up as the Property of the Bureau, and three Barrack Buildings used for aiding enterprising
