General:
I am directed to enclose herewith the discharge of William Williams, late Pvte. Co: "E" 36th U. S. C. Troops, whose claim for bounty is allowed, and the amount ($100.00) in the hands of the Disb. Officer of this Bureau for remittance to claimant.
   
The records of this Office show the claim in the above case to have been forwarded by Lt. Watson Wentworth A.S.A.C. at Tappahannock, Va. and the Post-Office address of claim to be Loyds P.O., Essex Co., Va.
