Herewith enclosed are respectfully forwarded Transportation Orders for Miss Mary A. Adee and Miss Lizzie A. Coulter, as recommended by the State Supt. of Schools for Virginia, in his communication of 22nd inst. Attention is invited to the enclosed blank receipt which you are requested to sign and return to these Headquarters. In accepting this transportation, the teachers should understand that the Bureau furnishes transportation only one way - that is from the teacher's home to the field.
