Troops, forwarded from this Office having been allowed and paid by check No. 460803, May 29th, 1868, now in hands Chief Disbursing Officer Bureau R.F. and A.L. I have the honor to request that it be sent him in Care Bureau Richmond, Va, he having made application at this Office for the same.
