Of 18 admitted as paying scholars only ten have paid their fees. The money is applied to paying the rent of school room & contingent expenses. The average attendance is considerably less than the number on the roll because the number of scholars has been steadily increasing since the school was opened. The regularity & deportment of the scholars is very commendable. Religious instruction is a part of the daily exercises.
