any source for the use and occupations of this property in Danville since it was impressed in 1862 or 3 - and moreover their Guardian is held out the possession of the same. Be pleased General, to inform us if within your knowledge, by what contract if any the Bureau or Govt holds this property, whether or not it is proposed to pay for the time it has been held, as well as for the time it may be hereafter held and the time for which it will probably be wanted? If you are not able to give us the desired information, be so obliging as to inform us with whom we can communication in relation to the subject.
