General:
I have the honor to report that the Medical Department of the Bureau R. F and A. Lands. District of Virginia, is, at the present time in excellent condition.

The following changes have taken place since date of last report, viz:

There are eighty eight (88) Orphans, remaining at this date - there were two admitted during the month - four (4) discharged, and two (2) died. There are seventy (70) Insane remaining at this date. No change has taken place among Insane people since last report. There are fifty five (55) old persons remaining at this date. There were two (2) discharged and one died during the month. There are one hundred and seventy six patients remaining at this date_ Sixteen (16) were discharged
