States that as their educational work, so far a regards primary and graded schools, will terminate this season, and that they intend to dispose of their property in Richmond, proposes to offer the property to the Richmond Ed Assn which owns the Normal School in the immediate vicinity, and will sell the property (consisting of School House, Teacher's home, outhouses & lot, which cost between 4 & 5000 Dollars) for $2000. Requests the Asst. Commissioner to make the offer in question, use his influence to effect the sale and do what he can to enable the Association to complete the purchase.
