2. A lot of land situated on Calvert St. in the city of Norfolk, fronting on said Calvert St. 67 feet, and running to the middle of the marsh south about 150 feet, adjoining the property of Wilson Capps and Margaret K. Capps his wife, on the south.  

3. A certain piece of land situated in the County of Elizabeth City bounded and described as follows: on the North by the new road opened by Jefferson B. Sinclair in the East by the lands of Cummings, Peck and Hope; on the South by the lands of William B. Taylor and others, and on the West by the land of said Jefferson B Sinclair.

4. A parcel of land in the County of Elizabeth City held by George Whipple in trust for the American Miss. Assn., lying on the East side of Hampton river, near Hampton, commonly known as Little Scotland, and containing 175 acres, more or less, on which is the Hampton Normal & Agricultural Institute.
