I would further ask for instructions in another  question that arises in the restoration of lands under cultivation by the Bureau

The owners in many cases did not receive their pardon or order for the restoration until the season was [[strikethrough]] so [[/strikethrough]] far advanced, say in July August or later. Please inform me how I shall decide as to the proportion of rent they are to receive

This subject requires immediate attention as the crops are now being gathered
