No 69 - for Elizabeth Forman and two children from Norfolk Va, to Wilmington. N.C. Refugees. to relieve the gov't of their support dated. 7th Feb
No 70 - for Patsy Pugh and child- from Richmond to Yarborough N.C. Destitute free persons. sold from that place shortly before the fall of Richmond. dated Feb. 9th
No 71- for Lucinda Johnson & three children from Richmond Va to Washington Ga. Destitute freed persons to join their friends. dated. 9th Feb
