No 79 for Col. O. Brown Asst Comr from Washington D.C. to Richmond Va. by cars. on duty for Bureau dated Feb. 14th

No 80. for Willis Gibson from Winchester, Va to Harrisburg Penn Destitute Freedman. To relieve the gov't of his support dated Feb. 15th

No 81. for Lucy Ann Lindsay. from Fort Monroe. Va. to Washington City D.C. Destitute Freedwoman. to relieve the gov't of her support Feb 15

No 82. for Charlotte. (colored.) from Richmond Va to Springfield Mass to relieve the gov't of her support dated Feb 20th

No 83. for Samuel Jones and Hannah Jones from Fort Monroe Va to perquimans County, N.C. Destitute freedpeople. to relieve the govt of their support. dated Feb 21"

No 84 for Mrs. Emiline Lings and six children, from Portsmouth Va to Savannah Ga. Mrs. Ling husband was a pilot, and was killed in the U.S. Service. She is in destitute circumstances, and wishes to join her Brother who will care for her. dated Feb. 21. 1866

No 85. for Allen Turner and wife from Petersburg Va to Charlotte_ N.C. Freedpeople without employment G. F. Granger, late Bv't. Brig Genl USV. offers them employment.

Captain A. S. Flagg. A.Q.M & Supt 1st Dist having reported that Captain Lemuel Jeffries 20th VRC. 2nd Lt Charles [[Hite?]] 18th VRC. and 2nd Lt W. L. McDaniels are constantly drunk, and unfit to perform the duties of Asst Supt with credit to themselves of the Bureau. I therefor most respectfully request that they be relieved from duty in this state, and then if possible other officers may be detailed in their places.
