for transportation, viz: Order No. 54445 dated Oct: 8th 1866 and requisition No 1230, Series 1866_
The Q.M. order for transportation issued on request 1230 has been returned to the issuing Quartermaster for cancellation.
This transportation was obtained for Freedpeople, living on the "Taylor Farm," who made personal application for it, and afterwards refused to go when the orders arrived.
