Manly, Supt. of Education, dated May 24th requesting transportation for Miss Josie Bell was forwarded to your Head Quarters, with the request "that the transportation may be "sent by return mail if possible, as Miss Bell is in this "city on expense, awaiting the result of this application." Nothing has since been heard from it.
