My dear Sir,
We sent to day to Richmond a young man very highly recommended to us; and hope he will do good service there. Mr Woodbury wrote, rather incidentally, that a man was needed there. We find that our teachers have nothing that can be called accommodations there; Miss Casedy's spirit will carry her through anything; but her cellar school room, & no place to live properly rather go against our grain, considering this society was represented as the [[?]] so early.
