Col. Brown -

I have just received a letter from the Association in Phila who have charge of the Orphanage here; They wish me to communicate with thee, relative to the Point of Rocks Hospital.  The ward now used for an Orphan House they would be willing to take if not interfering with the ladies already there - would like it plastered and put in good order - and would like ten (10) acres for vegetables &c -

I am glad the Friends have decided to take it as the House here under their care has been so liberally furnished with clothing &c &c - and they
