Dear Sir:-
I have just received a note from Capt. Lowe, Q.M, requesting me not to print the remainder of the Census Blanks until [[/strikethrough]] I hear [[/strikethrough]] further orders. I suppose this is on account of some alteration you have seen fit to make [[/strikethrough]] in [[/strikethrough]] in the copy. 
I wish to state, however, that the Blanks are printed exactly according to the copy that I was furnished with.
