Sir.
This will introduce to you John G. Boyd Esq of Clarksville. He will present a case to you in two aspects. I think in the first place there ought to be an administrator appointed to collect this money. I think also that [[strikethrough]] that [[/strikethrough]] the judgments of the freedmens bureau ought to conform to the law of the State in regard to [[strikethrough]] limitations [[/strikethrough]] Stay laws. The Stay applies the contract made previously to August 1861. Those made since dont come under it provisions
